Favorite Colors

I have a beading handicap. I'm always drawn to colors that are difficult - even impossible to use in beadwork. Like bright chartreuse or hot pink (which look great together, but not so good with anything else). The color I like to use most in beadwork is black or dark purple. I never seem to have enough of either.

So I'm wondering, does anyone else have this color dilemma? What colors to you go ga-ga for when you see them in the shop, and do you design around the same colors, or something else?
